The principle and Goal:
The Vietnam Hungary Business Association is an occupational society organization whose member are organizations, business and Vietnamese citizens who have been working, studying and cooperating with Hungary in many years ago. The Association's goal is information exchange, economic cooperation; trade promotion and tourists service; technological transfer and development technological science; co-orperating activities of business, organizations between Vietnam and Hungary. The Association’s activities must be in accordance with the law of the Hungary and Vietnam.

Functions and duties:
- The Association protects the rights of members; to represent members to participate in general transactions of the Association in domestic and foreign in accordance with the law;
- The Association supports incorporators in occupational development, develop business, in expertise enhancement learning, and administer enterprises;
- The Association is a forum provided, exchange information between enterprises, society organization and another enterprises;
- The Association holds meetings and seminars to exchange information about enterprises, information economics, and professional experiences between Vietnam and Hungary in accordance with the law;
- The Association helps economic organizations, members to look for partners; experience exchange, market search, and trade promotion in Hungary and European Union in accordance with the law;
- The Association co-operators activities with Viet Nam-Hungary Joint Committee for Economic Cooperation, Embassy of Vietnam in Budapest -Hungary, Embassy of Hungary in Hanoi –Vietnam, Vietnamese Associates at Hungary, friendly Associates Hungary- Viet Nam, Vietnam-Hungary business, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency – Vie trade, Ministry of Industry and Trade...
- The Association can establish affiliated organizations in accordance with the law;
- The Association must reports on periodical activities to Viet Nam-Hungary Joint Committee for Economic Cooperation, Vietnam Ministry of Industry, and Ministry of Foreign Affair.

Fee for Association’s activities:
To maintain the operation of Association, the committee decides the minimum fee for a new member is 4,000,000 VND (four million VND). The committee will inform the members of the fee the following years.
